Easy Chicken Marinade

Good morning everyone! One of the most exciting things for me, as far as my recovery goes, was the day when I could start cooking and baking again. I've always loved to bake and since marrying Mojo I've fallen in love with cooking as well.

I was getting some chicken ready for a few recipes yesterday and decided to share with you my go to marinade. This is such a delicious marinade and it's so easy! I always have these ingredients on hand and it takes 5 minutes to throw together.

The best part is that you can customize it to the tastes of your family. I love A-1 Steak Sauce, so when I make this marinade I like to have that be the main focus. Mojo loves Worcestershire sauce so when he makes it that usually takes center stage. 

I don't have any specific measurements, I usually just add a little of this and that until I have enough to cover as many chicken breasts as I'm doing. 

As far as the vinegar goes, you just want to use a few splashes. You need a little acidity to help break the chicken down just enough to make it super juicy. If you don't have vinegar or you want something a little sweeter, I also like to use a can of sprite.

I always put my chicken on a cookie sheet while it's in the fridge. There have been to many times where the bag breaks and I'm stuck cleaning up a huge mess in the fridge.

Cook them up on the grill, pair it with rice or pasta, and voila dinner is served. Enjoy!
