I've got a fun Valentine's Day craft to share with you today. I got inspired for this project from my yellow crepe paper wreath. It was a simple project and is helping me feel more prepared for Valentines day.
Supplies:
-Empty Picture Frame
-Crepe Paper
-String
-Book Pages
-Hot glue gun/glue sticks
Start off with an empty picture frame-I had mine lying around the apartment. I think I picked it up from goodwill for a couple quarters

Start off with an empty picture frame-I had mine lying around the apartment. I think I picked it up from goodwill for a couple quarters
Then go to town ripping up your crepe paper into a bunch of small squares.
Crumple up all those little papers until they're all different sizes and start gluing them on to your frame until they cover the whole thing like so...
Take some red twine and wrap it around any way you like-
Then I grab some book pages (I'm kind of obsessed with them right now) and use Martha Stewart Seasons stencil to trace some hearts-you could easily hand draw your hearts I just don't trust my drawing capabilities, even on something as easy as hearts.
Glue the hearts on the twine
I ended up changing the way my twine was placed-I liked it crossing three times instead of two
Hang it up on your front door and step back to admire it.
There you have it-a quick easy way to start decorating for the love holiday. Tomorrow is another Tutorial Tuesday and I can't wait to see what you've been all been up to!
